I'm starting a new service--group coaching for "boundary crossers." See www.boundarycrosser.com. When I first told a friend the name of the url, her first reaction was, "Why would you want to work with people who cross your boundaries?"
Just for the record, that's not what this is about. In the words of Dan Pink, author of A WHOLE NEW MIND, boundary crossers are individuals who “develop expertise in multiple spheres…and find joy in the rich variety of human experience. They live multi lives—because that’s more interesting, and ….more effective…. Boundary crossers reject either/or choices and seek multiple options and blended solutions. They lead a hyphenated life filled with hyphenated jobs and enlivened by hyphenated identities.”
I'll be doing a free call on this topic, "Life as a Boundary Crosser: More Interesting and More Effective" on March 23. Click here for more details.
